2023 Eva Fricke ‘Rheingau’

This is dry Riesling with quiet power ... all lime, green apple, white peach and stony sediment, carried by mouth-watering acidity and a crystalline finish that just won’t quit. The cool Rheingau slopes and slate-rich soils give the wine its tensile minerality and lift. A flicker of flint and a hint of natural spritz make this an all class Riesling.
