Delivery Information

At Famelia, we want you to receive your orders as quickly as possible. That’s why we use reliable couriers and provide tracking information for every order.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours if they are placed before 10am on a business day. However, please note that there may be delays due to supplier delays, high demand, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How can I track my order?

What if my order is delayed or damaged?

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. However, we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@famelia.com.au and we will happily look into it further with the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@famelia.com.au immediately. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the affected items. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
