Ensure your birthdate is filled in on your loyalty program customer profile and you'll receive a voucher for a free glass of bubbles on your birthday.

Terms + Conditions

Famelia reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time.

1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1. You will automatically be registered for Famelia's loyalty program when you provide your email address to us when making a booking, making a purchase online, or signing up to our newsletter and communications.

2. Points

2.1. You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent in Famelia's wine bar or bottle shop (in-store or online*)

2.2. You will be eligible to earn extra points for various interactions outlined above and in your loyalty program customer account portal.

2.3. Famelia reserves the right to change/remove the value of the points available to earn and the interactions/purchases that activate them at any time.

2.4. You will not earn points for shipping fees on online orders.

3. Reward Vouchers

3.1. Vouchers can only be redeemed once.

3.2. If you redeem your voucher for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the voucher is not redeemable on another purchase.

3.3. If you return any of the items purchased with a voucher, the voucher discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit and the voucher is unable to be reissued.

3.4. Once you choose to activate a reward voucher, the points of the corresponding reward tier will be subtracted from your loyalty points balance. To unlock higher reward tiers, you must forfeit the rewards unlocked prior. For example, to unlock the $150 voucher reward, you must not activate the $50 voucher or $100 voucher, and continue to accrue points until you have reached 1,750.

4. Birthday Rewards

4.1. Receive a free glass of bubbles if you celebrate your birthday at Famelia.

4.2. To be eligible, you must comply with all of the following:
~ Ensure your birthdate is provided in your Loyalty Program customer profile at least 14 days prior to your birthday.
~ Celebrate your birthday with us 7 days either side of your birthdate.
~ Activate your birthday bubbles discount code by clicking through the link in your birthday email from Famelia.
~ Bring ID that shows your birthdate with you when you celebrate with us.
~ Let our staff know it's your birthday and you'll be redeeming your free glass of birthday bubbles (we'll be sure to wish you an extra happy birthday!).
~ Make sure you can access the activated discount code when you settle your bill.

4.2.1. Famelia reserves the right to use any bubbles they choose to allocate on the day of your celebration.

4.2.2. The glass will be a standard 125ml pour.

4.2.3. The glass will be to the approximate value of anywhere between $15-$30 and may vary beyond this. This $ value is based on the approximate value of the monthly glass of sparkling wine (pet nat inclusive), but will vary depending on the bubbles being used.

5. Referral Program

5.1. Referred friends need to sign-up to Famelia for the first time using your referral link (located in your loyalty program customer account profile). If your friend has previously visited Famelia or joined our mailing list via any other means, they may not be eligible for the discount and will not be sent the code.

5.2. If eligible, referred friends will receive an email with a discount code for 10% off their first bottle shop purchase.

5.3. You (the referrer) will receive 100 points once your friend successfully completes a purchase using the discount code.

5.4. The discount code does not need to be used on the first purchase, but the 100 points will not be allocated until it has been redeemed.

You will automatically be signed up to our loyalty program when you make a booking at our wine bar, make a purchase on our website, or sign up for our newsletter or other communications. You can also join by clicking the button above and creating your customer account.

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in our wine bar or bottle shop (in-store and online*). There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including liking us on Facebook and following us on Instagram. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting ones.

*Excluding any shipping fees

You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on the desktop version of our website. Each time you unlock a reward, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a reward voucher. You can use your reward voucher in-store at Famelia or in our online bottle shop. For online purchases, just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. If you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of the friendly Famelia team know.
