About the Program


'The Extended Family' is Famelia’s loyalty program designed to thank and reward our most supportive customers. It’s more than just points – it's about connection, access, and shared love for the women behind our wines.


You will automatically be signed up to our loyalty program when you make a booking at our wine bar, make a purchase on our website, or sign-up for our newsletter or other communications.


Not at all. It’s completely free to join and participate.


Anyone aged 18 years or older.


You’ll stop receiving loyalty communications (like birthday offers or new tier codes). We recommend staying subscribed to at least the loyalty emails so you don’t miss out!

Earning + Tracking Points


You earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in Famelia’s wine bar, bottle shop (in-store or online*). This includes Famelia events, and wine subscriptions.


Yes. Points aren’t earned on shipping fees or gift card purchases.


Nope, sorry. Rewards are for the account holder only and can’t be shared or transferred.


With the exception of free shipping, loyalty rewards can’t be combined with other offers unless specified.


Just log in to your customer portal via our website to view your loyalty level status.

Loyalty Levels


Your loyalty level is based on your total annual spend (based on the calendar year):

  • ALLY ~ $500+ spend per year
  • ADVOCATE ~ $1,200+ spend per year
  • PATRON ~ $2,000+ spend per year

Your level is reviewed each January and valid for the full calendar year after you qualify.

Yes! You’ll stay in that level for the rest of the calendar year and the following year. Just make sure to re-qualify during the next calendar year to keep it.

Benefits + Rewards


Ally, Advocate and Patron supports are eligible for a Free Birthday Wine Flight when they celebrate with us.

Make sure your birthdate is added to your profile at least 15 days in advance. You'll receive an email 14 days prior to your birthday with a discount code.

Then:

  • Visit Famelia within 14 days before or after your birthday
  • Click the link in your birthday email to activate the discount
  • Show valid ID with your date of birth matching your customer profile, and let our team know you’re celebrating
  • Be ready to show your voucher code at the end of your visit

You’ll enjoy 3 x 75ml glasses of wine.


As a loyalty supporter you'll get first access to all our events.

When you book an event, you can then use your loyalty points to redeem vouchers to spend on the night. Ally supporters will have the opportunity to redeem $20 discount vouchers, and Advocate and Patron supporters $20 and $50 vouchers.

Vouchers can be used on our graze items or a takeaway bottle from the event.


Advocate and Patron supporters are eligible to receive free shipping for online purchases.

You can find and redeem your free shipping code through your customer portal and apply it at the checkout. A unique code needs to be redeemed and applied for each new order.


These are intimate, invitation-only tastings hosted by Amelia once a month on a Tuesday for Advocate and Patron supporters.

You can redeem points to attend the tasting for free. You're more than welcome to attend all the tastings - and if you don't have the points you will just need to pay the ticket price.


Our Patron supporters are eligible for one Private Wine Tasting experience per calendar year for themselves and up to three guests.

The tasting will be to the value of one wine flight per guest, plus olives and nuts.


Patron supporters are eligible for a one-on-one chat with Amelia to help you identify your wine preferences across styles.

Patron supporters have the opportunity to receive greater discounts on bulk orders (minimum 12 bottles/wine). Discounts start from 20%.

Terms + Conditions


Famelia reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time.

By joining or participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1.1. The Extended Family loyalty program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

1.2. The loyalty program is free of charge and available to all eligible customers.

1.3. You will automatically be registered for the loyalty program when you provide your email address to us when making a booking, making a purchase online, or signing up to our newsletter and communications.

1.4. Each supporter is permitted one loyalty account only. Duplicate accounts may be deactivated.

1.5. Loyalty membership and associated rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.


2.1. You will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent at Famelia’s wine bar, bottle shop (in-store or online), events, and subscriptions.

2.2. *Points are not earned on shipping fees or gift card purchases.

2.3. Famelia reserves the right to change/remove the value of the points available to earn and the interactions/purchases that activate them at any time.

2.4. Points and level progression can be viewed via your Customer Portal on our website.


3.1. Your Loyalty Level is based on your total spend over the calendar year and is reviewed annually in January.

3.2. Loyalty Level Annual Spend Requirements:

  • To become (and maintain being) an Ally you must spend $500 per calendar year.
  • To become (and maintain being) an Advocate you must spend $1,200 per calendar year.
  • To become (and maintain being) a Patron you must spend $2,000 per calendar year.

3.3. If you enter a level part way through the calendar year, you will stay in that level for the remainder of the calendar year and the following year.

3.4. Loyalty Level benefits are only valid while your spend meets the required threshold and do not roll over if your level changes.

3.5. Levels and rewards are reviewed and updated automatically based on your account activity.

3.6. Loyalty Level benefits include those outlined in your current level and the levels below.


4.1. Ally, Advocate and Patron supporters are eligible to receive a complimentary Famelia Wine Flight (3 x 75ml half-glasses) when celebrating your birthday with us.

4.2. To be eligible, you must:

  • Have your birthdate on file in your loyalty customer portal profile at least 15 days prior to your birthday.
  • Celebrate with us strictly within 14 days either side of your birthdate.
  • Activate your birthday wine flight discount code by clicking through the link in your birthday email from us.
  • Present valid ID with your date of birth (DOB) when you celebrate with us. The DOB on your customer profile must match your ID. Without this, Famelia reserves the right to withdraw this complimentary offer.
  • Let our staff know it's your birthday and you'll be redeeming your complimentary wine flight (we'll be sure to wish you an extra happy birthday!).
  • Make sure you can access the activated discount code when you settle your bill.

4.3. Wine flights are curated by our team and are subject to availability.

4.4. Famelia reserves the right to choose which wines are included in the flight on the day of redemption.


5.1. As a loyalty supporter, you’ll receive early access to all Famelia events before they are released to the general public.

5.2. Once you’ve booked an event, you can redeem loyalty points in your Customer Portal for event-night discount vouchers.

5.3. Voucher redemption levels:

  • Ally ~ Eligible to redeem $20 vouchers
  • Advocate + Patron ~ Eligible to redeem $20 and $50 vouchers

5.4. These vouchers can be used on the night of the event towards graze items or a takeaway bottle of wine from the event.

5.5. Vouchers must be redeemed via your Customer Portal and presented at the event.

5.6. Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

5.7. Spaces for events are limited, and not guaranteed. Tickets will be issued on a first in, best dressed basis.

5.8. Famelia reserves the right to amend or cancel this benefit or its availability at any time. We will do our best to notify you in advance of any changes.


6.1. Advocate and Patron supporters can redeem a unique free shipping voucher per online purchase.

6.2. Each voucher must be redeemed in your customer portal, and then applied at checkout.

6.3. Free shipping is eligible to be used on all online purchases. No minimum spend required.

6.4. Famelia reserves the right to put restrictions in place on this at any time.

6.5. Free shipping vouchers can only be used for your own online purchases. It is not transferrable to other customers.

6.6. Famelia reserves the right to amend or cancel this benefit at any time it sees fit. We will do our best to notify supporters as soon as possible.


7.1. Tuesday Tastings are monthly, invitation-only experiences hosted by Amelia and available to Advocate and Patron supporters only.

7.2. Supporters can redeem loyalty points to attend for free via their customer portal. You can apply the unique discount code generated at the checkout.

7.3. There is no limit to how many tastings you can attend – if you don’t have enough points, you’re welcome to purchase a ticket.

7.4. Spaces for these events are limited, and not guaranteed. Tickets will be issued on a first in, best dressed basis.

7.5. Famelia reserves the right to modify or cancel tasting dates or availability. We’ll notify supporters of any changes as early as possible.


8.1. Patron supporters are eligible for one Private Wine Tasting per calendar year for themselves and up to three guests.

8.2. Redeem your unique discount code in your Customer Portal and apply it during checkout for your Private Wine Tasting experience.

8.3. After booking, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Tastings may be limited to non-peak periods at our discretion to ensure a quality and relaxed experience.

8.4. Each tasting will be to the value of one wine flight per guest, along with olives and nuts.

8.5. Additional food and beverages can be purchased separately.

8.6. If your free tasting is not redeemed, it does not entitle you to an additional tasting the following year.

8.7. Famelia reserves the right to amend or cancel this benefit at any time. We will do our best to notify you in advance.


9.1. Patron supporters are eligible for one Palate Consultation per calendar year – a personal one-on-one chat with Amelia to explore your wine preferences.

9.2. Redeem this benefit by using your unique discount code in your Customer Portal, then complete the checkout process for your Wine Palate Consultation.

9.3. We’ll contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for the session.

9.4. This benefit is non-transferable and must be used within the calendar year.


10.1. Patron supporters have access to exclusive bulk order discounts, starting from 20% off on orders of 12 bottles or more per individual wine.

10.2. To redeem, use your unique discount code in your Customer Portal and complete the checkout process for your Cellar Curation.

10.3. Our team will get in touch to build your personalised cellar and recommend wines tailored to your preferences.

10.4. Discount rates and eligibility are subject to change. Famelia reserves the right to modify or discontinue this benefit at any time.


11.1. The loyalty program is intended for personal use only. Points and rewards cannot be used for commercial purposes or resale.

11.2. Points and rewards can only be used by the eligible supporter.

11.3. Suspicious or fraudulent activity (e.g. creating multiple accounts, sharing benefits) may result in revocation of points and benefits and suspension or cancellation of your account.

11.4. Famelia reserves the right to:

  • Request ID or proof of eligibility when redeeming high-value or experience-based rewards.
  • Limit benefit usage in cases of system abuse or unavailability.


12.1. Famelia may, at any time and at its discretion:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program
  • Change Loyalty Level thresholds or rewards
  • Adjust point values or redemption conditions.

12.2. If the program is discontinued, members will be notified via email.


13.1. By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to receive program-related communications.

13.2. You can manage your email preferences at any time via the unsubscribe link in our loyalty emails or by contacting us. Please note, this is separate to our promotional material and you will need to unsubscribe from each accordingly.

13.3. Your personal information will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
