This certified organic white from Puglia is as charming as its namesake. Made from 85% Fiano and 15% Minutolo, the Segreto di Bianca is equal parts fragrant, juicy, and salty. Bright straw in the glass, it offers an expressive citrus fruits on the nose, with yellow plum, peach skin, and sage all laced with a subtle Mediterranean salinity. The palate is soft and rounded but lifted by a lively streak of acidity and a lingering, savoury finish that hums with lemon peel and sea spray. A beautiful Fiano!

About the Winemaker
Camilla Rossi Chauvenet | Massimago

Camilla Rossi Chauvenet is a force of nature. Born into a Valpolicella wine family who sold their fruit to co-ops, she was the first to dream bigger. After studying oenology and honing her craft in France and Spain, she returned home to turn her family’s estate into a serious winemaking operation. When she and her mother visited Puglia, they were captivated by the land’s raw beauty and potential. In 2008, they bought Masseria Cuturi and began the slow, careful work of bringing it back to life. Camilla now oversees organic farming, meticulous winemaking, and the protection of ancient olive trees - crafting wines that reflect not just soil and sun, but history, resilience, and deep-rooted female legacy.
