This bubbles is rich and luscious in contrast, and a great wine to show the journey of how a wine evolves in your glass from your first sip to your last. It stars with aromas of rose petals, honey & dried guava, through to caramel & sesame. On the palate it’s red apples, Lilly Pilly & a chalky grip.

A widely-made variety, but from an uncommon region, this wine is not reflective of its heritage, but hey, we’re here to bring you things that are deliciously adjacent, right?! It’s mealy, creamy, nutty & woody, with orange oil, bergamot, dried pineapple & a minty coolness. Thick & wicked!

The rosé girlies be swooning over this glorious pretty-in-pink, although there’s certainly nothing ‘basic bitch’ about it. It’s grassy, with wild raspberries, graphite, white pepper & salinity. Linda’s winemaking is consistently impressive, and the quality of her fruit shines through in this wine!
