We're thrilled to be welcoming Rose Kentish of Full Circle Spirits to Famelia for a very special tasting event on the 29th of April. An award-winning winemaker who has been making wines since 1997 and spirits since 2010. Rose is one of Australia's most fascinating and multi-faceted makers. Beyond winemaking, she has deepened her craft through brewing, distilling, and even studying perfumery in France — each pursuit adding another layer to her extraordinary understanding of aroma, flavour, and connection. Full Circle Spirits was born from a desire to celebrate the flavours of South Australia — botanicals hand-foraged from the gardens of family, neighbours, and friends, all shaped by a coastal Mediterranean-like climate. The result is a range that feels vibrant, alive, and deeply rooted in the South Australian landscape.

Rose describes her mission simply: to bring love and beauty to the glass — and in everything she makes, she does exactly that. We can't wait to welcome her in to share a selection of her stunning spirits and the stories behind them. Don't miss this rare chance to taste with the maker herself.
