2. 2024 Parajes del Valle Monastrell Ecologico DOP Jumilla

A fan favourite from our ‘Not Pinot Noir’ event, yet so striking in its Pinot similarities. A juicy red fruit medley - cherries & raspberries - with an unmistakable dried tobacco nose. On the palate it leans into the savoury flavour profile - cedar, pine needles and fragrant juniper-berries. Yum!
3. 2025 Dormilona ‘Aka’ Tempranillo blend

It’s never not a banger when its got Jo Perry’s name next to it, and this chilled red is no exception. The glass is filled with supple red fruits and spicy, herbal dominance.
