This sparkling gem is made exclusively from 100% White Grenache (Garnacha Blanca) using the Naturalment Ancestral Sparkling method, keeping it clean, wild, and true to its origins. Produced in Terra Alta, Catalonia by rising star in Spanish winemaking Andrea Miró, the nose opens with delicate aromas of dried pineapple, musk, and floral notes, complemented by ripe pear and a hint of warming ginger spice. A gentle whiff of freshly baked breadcrumbs and juicy apples lingers in the background.

On the palate, ‘Textura 3’ is a beautifully creamy, leesy delight, with a lovely body that gives way to soft, dancing bubbles. The texture is rich yet lifted, revealing layers of spiced candied ginger and toasty undertones. Reaching for another glass? Us too.
