About the Winemaker

Andrea Miró is the third generation of her family at Celler Jordi Miró in Corbera d’Ebre, Terra Alta. Her Naturalment project is centred on Grenache Blanc, using the same variety to explore how different winemaking methods change texture and expression. The range moves through stainless steel, appassimento, ancestral sparkling, skin contact, amphora and malolactic barrel fermentation. Across the wines, she works with wild yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, hand-picked fruit and a minimal-intervention approach.
