From the Côtes Catalanes sub-region in the Languedoc-Roussillon from a blend of organic and practicing dio-dynamic Grenache Gris, Macabeu, Grenache Blanc.

This wine is a wonderful compliment to seafood dishes, with it's waxy texture, bright acid, salinity and minerality. It is best decanted and left to open for an hour before enjoying!
