This delicate rosé is made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, which give it fragrant aromas of strawberry, rose, and Turkish Delight. It has a refreshing taste of juicy watermelon and a smooth lemony creaminess, thanks to the partial barrel fermentation and ageing of the Grenache part. The finish is crisp and salty, with a mineral touch. A sophisticated, complex and oh so more-ish rosé.

Walsh & Sons is a family-owned and operated winery in Margaret River, Western Australia. Founded by Freya and Ryan Walsh, the winery produces small batch, minimal intervention wines from biodynamic vineyards.
