She champions organic practices, having converted her 5.5 hectares of vineyards to organic farming with a commitment to minimal intervention.
Laura's wines are a true expression of the terroir, crafted through traditional semi-carbonic maceration and aged in neutral casks to highlight the grape’s natural character. Her dedication to showcasing the diversity of Beaujolais soils is evident in her portfolio, from the floral notes of her Fleurie to the spicy undertones of her Morgon.
