Natalie Fryar | Bellebonne

Natalie Fryar is the founder and winemaker of Bellebonne, a boutique sparkling wine label that showcases the best of Tasmania. Natalie has been dubbed “Australia’s Sparkling Queen”, and for good reason. She has over 20 years of experience in crafting exquisite sparkling wines, including 14 years as the chief winemaker at Jansz, one of Australia’s most prestigious sparkling wine producers.

Natalie’s passion for sparkling wine led her to establish Bellebonne in 2016, with the vision of creating wines that reflect the purity, elegance and complexity of Tasmania’s terroir. She sources her grapes from carefully selected vineyards in Pipers River, a cool-climate region that produces some of the finest sparkling wine grapes in the world. She then handcrafts her wines in small batches, using traditional methods and minimal intervention, to capture the essence of each vintage and site. Bellebonne’s wines are truly exceptional, and each wine is a testament to Natalie’s skill and dedication.
