This delicate rosé is made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, which give it fragrant aromas of strawberry, rose, and Turkish Delight. It has a refreshing taste of juicy watermelon and a smooth lemony creaminess, thanks to the partial barrel fermentation and ageing of the Grenache part. The finish is crisp and salty, with a mineral touch. A sophisticated, complex and oh so more-ish rosé.

Walsh & Sons is a family-owned and operated winery in Margaret River, Western Australia. Founded by Freya and Ryan Walsh, the winery produces small batch, minimal intervention wines from biodynamic vineyards.

Walsh & Sons wines are expressive, vibrant, and full of character. They reflect the terroir of Margaret River, as well as the passion and creativity of the winemakers. Ryan and Freya are involved in every aspect of the winemaking, from growing and harvesting the grapes, to fermenting and bottling the wines. They use minimal additives and manipulation, letting the wines speak for themselves.
