About the Winemakers

Jemma + Steve Fielke are the dynamic duo behind J+S Fielke. They grew up in Adelaide Hills, where they met while studying Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Adelaide. They started their own label, J & S Fielke, in 2019, after working with a small parcel of vines in the Piccadilly Valley.

Their wines reflect the diversity and versatility of the Adelaide Hills region, where they practice hands-on viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking. They use native grape varieties, such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz, to craft expressive and elegant wines that showcase the terroir and the personality of each vineyard.

Jemma + Steve are passionate about biodynamic farming and natural fermentation, and they aim to produce wines that are balanced, pure, and authentic.
