We're thrilled to be welcoming Verity Cowley of Orbis for a special ‘Taste with the Winemaker’ evening on Thursday 1st October!
At Orbis Wines, Verity believes great wine is made in the vineyard. Farming with attention to detail, organically and sustainably, she focuses on growing healthy and in balance vines that naturally express their character. With minimal intervention in the winery, low sulphur use, and a gentle approach, Verity’s role is to guide rather than manipulate. If the fruit is balanced in the vineyard, her role is simply to nurture it – letting purity, place, and season shine through in every bottle. Embracing regenerative, circular farming practices. Our vineyard is also certified under the Sustainable Winegrowing Australia program, which holds us accountable to continuous improvement across environmental, social, and economic dimensions of our business.
