Pale, ‘Provencal’ rosé is in high demand, for it’s ‘dry’, clean, light (almost flavour-less) persona, and it can sometimes mean that less salmon-coloured rosés must be sweet, heavy, syrupy. I’m here to tell you that’s a big fat lie! Come join me to dip your toe into some of my FAVE rosés that you should definitely try. Why not challenge your rosé-coloured glasses at the same time…?!
