Lou Chalmer

Yume Wines is product of the passion and curiosity of Lou Chalmer. She is driven to create wines that encapsulate the entire ecosystem in which they are grown through flavours and sensory triggers that evoke wellbeing through connection.

Fruit is sourced from growers who share the Yume mindset of celebrating terroir and drawing out the uniqueness of the time and place through holistic principles and sustainable practices wherever possible. In the winery, grapes are processed with the utmost respect for the vineyard, the grape grower, the grapes themselves and the various characteristics that define them.
