A naturally made fizzy Riesling from cool-climate Tumbarumba, full of citrus, white blossom and green apple crunch... A layer of pear skin and cardamom soda on the finish. The high altitude and cool nights stretch ripening and lock in acidity, giving the wine its brightness. Wild fermented, hand-harvested, unfiltered, unfined. The second ferment kicks off naturally, no sulphur added. Nothing's rushed here.

Founding MEREDITH in 2022, Mem works nomadically across regions, sourcing fruit from organic and biodynamic growers wherever possible - including the cool-climate slopes of Tumbarumba, where altitude and clean air give Riesling its perfect edge. Every decision, from vineyard to bottle, is made with impact in mind... gentle methods, thoughtful packaging, and a belief that wine can (and should) leave things better than it found them.
