Chilled red. Summer. Need we say more? Enter Rizzo, she's sassy, bright and made from Tempranillo and Sangiovese grown in Mudgee. Full of rose petals and red berries, Rizzo leans crunchy and fresh through the middle, with juicy plum and a gentle savoury flick... olive, dried herbs, greeting you at the end. The tannins are velvety, the acidity is bright and light on its feet, very moreish.
