Irina, originally from Brazil, swapped her high-ranking government role for the vineyards of South Australia’s McLaren Vale. With a Master of Viticulture and a PhD in Sustainability in Viticulture, she’s a force to be reckoned with in the world of sustainable viticulture.

Her partner in wine and in life, Dudley, matches her passion for viticulture and winemaking. Their brainchild, Inkwell Wines, is a testament to their commitment to organic viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking.
