This orange wine, made from old-vine Macabeo, is fermented on skins for 14 days and aged for nine months in amphorae buried underground. The result is a textured yet fresh wine bursting with honeysuckle, citrus, orange peel, and a subtle smokiness. Its depth and balance make it an easy-drinking but complex expression of Penedès' terroir, proving that the region’s still wines can be just as captivating as its Cava.
