About the Winemakers

Christine and Joel Menard are the dynamic duo behind Domaine des Sablonnettes, a biodynamic winery in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon AOC. For over two decades, they have been crafting expressive and interesting wines from Chenin Blanc, Grolleau, Gamay and Cabernet Franc, with a focus on dry styles that showcase the terroir and the vintage.

Their son Jeremy has recently joined them in the cellar, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for natural winemaking.
