‘HérédiTerre’ is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah that shows beautifully what the southern Rhône does best: ripe red fruits, liquorice, a touch of spice, and earthy undergrowth that speaks of sun-warmed hills. Deep purple in the glass, this gorgeous red is silky on the palate with fresh, juicy energy and well-rounded tannins that keep it lively. A Rhône classic for sure!

Mireille, Magali + Melanie Fabre | Domaine Tour Saint Michel

Three generations of the Fabre family have shaped Domaine Tour Saint Michel into a timeless southern Rhône estate. Founded by Michel Fabre, the estate has been managed since 2007 by Mireille Porte, who brings a modern sensibility alongside her daughters Magali and Mélanie. Nestled in the sunniest, warmest part of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the vineyards sit atop the iconic rolled pebble soils of the southern appellation, with plots stretching across Gallimardes, Crouscroute, Petites Serres, Grand Coulet, and further north into Terres Blanches and Fargueirol. This patchwork of sites allows the estate to capture a full spectrum of southern Rhône character all nurtured with care and respect for the land.
