Paula Pipan is the driving force behind Pipan Steel Wines. Located in the Alpine Valleys, VIC, Pipan Steel Vineyard grows only Nebbiolo, reflecting Paula's single-minded focus on this grape variety.

Paula’s approach to winemaking is meticulous. In the vineyard, she cultivates three distinct Nebbiolo clones, sourced from Gruppo Matura in Italy. Throughout the winemaking process, she ensures these clones remain separate, right up to the bottling and selling stages. This approach enables Paula to encapsulate the individual traits of each clone, producing Nebbiolo wines that authentically showcase their inherent complexity, texture, and elegance.
