Where two worlds collide, a love story blossoms between Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc… This wine is made up of 60% Cabernet Franc from Geelong and 40% Chenin Blanc from Swan Hill, VIC. Blended together for the perfect harmony, celebrating the symbiotic unity of these two grapes. Hand-picked and left to undergo a native wild yeast fermentation.

Wine Description
The ‘Fèrot’ Cabernet Franc Nouveau is a playful, fruit-driven take on this often-overlooked variety. Sourced from a 33-year-old dry-grown vineyard in the Moorabool Valley, Geelong, this wine showcases the versatility of Cabernet Franc in a fresh, aromatic style inspired by Beaujolais.Hand-picked and fermented using 100% carbonic maceration, Fèrot is all about purity of fruit - blackcurrant, black cherry, plum, and raspberry leaf - wrapped in a juicy, medium-light-bodied frame. Aged in stainless steel to preserve its bright character, this is a lively and effortlessly drinkable red, equally enjoyable slightly chilled or at room temperature. A splash of early-picked Chenin Blanc adds a subtle lift. Perfect.

Wine Description
A Cabernet that's all dark berries, potpourri and tobacco leaf, with plush purple fruit and tomato stem. Grown on the Macedon Range’s iconic Glenhope Vineyard, planted in 1995 on granite and sandy loam, this Franc was wild-fermented, gently extracted over 21 days on skins, and aged in seasoned oak for just over a year. The result is sleek and comfortingly savoury... cassis, damson plum, a clean, amaro-tinged finish. A very good Winter red!
