Wine Description
Fresh and bright with a pale-honey hue, Ashli's 2024 Semillon delicate florals on the nose and just the right amount of zippy acidity to keep things lively further down the palate. It's all sweet green capsicum and citrus, with a crisp, refreshing finish. The fruit's been hand-picked, gently-pressed and fermented to bring out all those aromatic, high-energy vibes - the kind of wine that feels effortless but has serious attention to detail behind it.

Wine Description
This is not your traditional german riesling! Organic grapes were late-picked, then spent 4 days macerating in stainless steel before maturing in tonneaux barrels under flor yeasts for 15 months. The resulting wine is an oxidative, textural riesling, Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphites.

Wine Description
This is as far from a Hunter Valley Shiraz as you can get! A blend of fruit from two parcels - Broke + Pokolbin. One was direct pressed to oak, and the other went through carbonic maceration before being basket pressed to stainless steel. The result ~ a light, silky thirst-quenching chilled red, with depth and purity.

Wine Description
25 year-old single vineyard fruit that sings in the glass. My fave pinot noir of 2025 so far! I love the tension between the bright red fruits, the herbal and aromatic spices, the luscious viscosity and texture from oak maturation, and the smokey, savoury edge. finishing with fine tannins, and great length, this is a bonafide go-to, and will cellar beautifully!
