Mem Hemmings is the founder and winemaker of MEREDITH, a boutique wine label that produces natural wines and drinks from various regions across Australia. Mem has a passion for exploring the diversity and potential of native grape varieties, as well as experimenting with different fermentation methods and styles. She sources her grapes from organic and biodynamic vineyards, and crafts her wines with minimal intervention and additives.
Her wines are expressive, vibrant, and full of character, reflecting her creative and adventurous spirit. MEREDITH was established in 2022, and since then, it has gained recognition and praise from wine lovers and critics alike. The wine label celebrates the beauty and diversity of Australian wine, made by a woman who loves what she does.
