Gently leading the way, MEREDITH is the work of Mem Hemmings, a winemaker drawn to experimentation, native varieties, and the kind of process that requires time, trust, and a soft hand. Her wines are wild-fermented, unfined, unfiltered, and always made with low to no sulphur. Founding MEREDITH in 2022, Mem works nomadically across regions, sourcing fruit from organic and biodynamic growers wherever possible - including the cool-climate slopes of Tumbarumba, where altitude and clean air give Riesling its perfect edge. Every decision, from vineyard to bottle, is made with impact in mind... gentle methods, thoughtful packaging, and a belief that wine can (and should) leave things better than it found them.
