Wine Description
Succulent red berry fruits with tones of dried thyme and pomegranate on the nose. Palate is light-medium bodied with ripe red cherry and subtle spice framed by savoury tannins.

Wine Description
The Quioxtic Pinot Noir a unique limited blend made using 50% whole bunches. A handful of barrels were set aside from the exceptional 2023 vintage to craft a reserve blend that embodies the perfect storm of seasonal climatic influences, skilled craftmanship and gutsy intuition.
Perfectly Pinot-esque. Aromas of pot pourri, lilac and black cherry with a palate full of floral characters and a hint of red licorice and vanilla. The influence of a 50% whole bunch ferment and time in oak is giving cherry liqueur meets campfire and we can’t get enough.

Wine Description
A bold and spicy Syrah from Orange. The 2022 ChaLou Syrah has aromas of blackberry, pepper, and violet, followed by flavours of plum, liquorice, and chocolate. This wine is full-bodied and structured, with fine tannins and balanced acidity.
