- Traditional Sparkling
- Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
- Freycinet, TAS
- Keira O'Brien + Claudio Radenti | Freycinet
Wine Description
Move over run-of-the-mill bubbly. This 2016 Radenti Grand Vintage lounged on lees for over five years, soaking up all that yeasty, biscuity goodness, emerging with layers of buttery brioche, zingy citrus blossom, and a drizzle of Tasmanian kunzea honey. The bubbles are so fine they practically float. A salty, nutty finish awaits. Lingering long on the palate, it is rich yet refreshing and silky. Sourced entirely from a single vineyard in the coolest pocket of the estate, this sparkling is all about the long game - slow-ripened fruit, extended lees aging, and the kind of patience that well and truly pays off. A stunner for your next dinner party.

- Clotilde Davenne | Clotilde Davenne
Wine Description
A very charming Chablis indeed. 100% Chardonnay from 38-year-old vines in Courgis, just south of Chablis. It's all the good stuff... citrus zest, peach, a soft, salty sea breeze that lingers on the palate, balanced with something sweet, quince, peach perhaps. Ancient Kimmeridgian soils, layered with fossilised oyster shells lend a flinty minerality that holds everything together. Just delicious.

- Emily Kinsman | ECK Wines
Wine Description
The Marsanne No. 2 is a wine with serious character. Kinsman skipped the filtering process for this vintage, letting all the unique flavour and texture shine through. The result is a hazy beauty with layers of rockmelon, honeysuckle, and a touch of apricot that lingers long on the palate. Aged for six months in amphora and barriques, with some time on the lees, it's full of personality, an absolute treat.

Wine Description
A wild, untamed beauty. ‘Pazza’, Italian for "crazy," is just what this 2021 Riesling from Kerri Thompson is - wild fermented, preservative-free, unfined, and unfiltered. Sourced from the dry-grown Peglidis vineyard in Watervale, Pazza is fermented in a blend of stainless steel and fifteen-year-old French oak barrels for 12 months, lending complexity and mild structure to it's riotous character. It's dry, yet it dances gently on the palate with layers of mineral-driven quince, ginger, and a hint of lemongrass.

Wine Description
Hello Ada, a Nebbiolo Rosé that’s all zingy acidity, grapefruit pith, and bright bursts of strawberry and peach. These Nebbiolo grapes started their journey in Beechworth’s honey-hued high country before being pressed off skins and aged in old French oak over winter. The result? A crisp, dry, and dangerously food-friendly rosé that pairs with just about anything. Light on its feet but full of personality, Ada’s the kind of friend who always gets an invite to dinner.

- Rebecca Milne + Aaron Onegin-Ward | Grape Pirates
Wine Description
This one's big on flavour! The 2022 Pinot Noir is fresh, vibrant, and just a little bit wild - kind of like the winemakers behind it. Juicy raspberry, pomegranate, and rosehip jelly take the lead, with ripe persimmon, dark chocolate, and a cheeky hint of aniseed bringing it home. It’s got structured acidity, furry tannins, and a little bit of cloudiness. Aged for 16 months in old French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this one’s all about letting the fruit do its thing.

Wine Description
A wine as charming as it is intriguing, this Grenache is all wild elegance. Think tart cherry and juicy pink plums, backed by an earthy spiced warmth and whispers of wild botanicals. There’s a bit of crunch - rosehip tea, a sprinkle of terracotta dust - and a flicker of blood orange tang to keep things lively. A rustic, almost old-school Pinot feel, but with a fresh, zesty lift at the finish.

Wine Description
