- Non-Traditional Sparkling
- Gamay and Grolleau
- Touraine Montlouis-Sur-Loire Loire, FR
- Lise + Bertrand Jousset | Domaine Jousset
Wine Description
Organically farmed Gamay and Grolleau... FIZZ. Refreshingly bright and full of pleasure, Éxilé opens with a soft funky-herby-floral lift, then rolls into something sweeter.. raspberry skin, rose petals, ripe pear, crisp orange zest, and honeycomb... a creamy bead and gentle mineral tension hold it together like a nice cosy hug. Lise and Bertrand Jousset are masters of this form.. treating pét-nat not as an afterthought, but as a craft in itself.
About the Winemaker

- Riesling
- Rhine Terrace, GER
- Carolin Spanier-Gillot | Kühling-Gillot
Wine Description
This is your all-day, any-day dry Riesling - fresh, zesty, unassuming. It’s got all the juicy yellow fruit vibes (we’re talking peach, nectarine, ripe apple), a little zip of citrus, and a mouthwateringly subtle saline edge. It comes from five different villages along the Rhine Terrace, hence the name Qvinterra, and it’s made from young vines grown on a mix of red slate, loam, and wind-blown clay. The result? A wine that’s full of minerality, with a light herbal twist and enough acidity to keep things energetic. Fermented naturally and aged in stainless steel to keep all that vibrancy locked in. This is the kind of wine I reach for when I'm looking for something ultra-refreshing and fun.

- Julia Casado | La del Terreno
Wine Description
The 2021 La del Terreno Ninja de las Uvas is as fun to drink as it sounds, a bright, high-altitude Grenache from the hills of Bullas that’s all freshness and flair. Organically grown bush vines sit at around 750 metres above sea level, soaking up the Spanish sun by day and cooling right down by night. In the glass, it’s light and vibrant... red cherry, rosehip tea and wild strawberry, dusted with earthy spice, There’s texture too, a gentle grip and fine acidity that makes for a dry, savoury finish.
About the Winemaker
- Heavy Red
- Barbera
- Piedmont, IT
- Marina Marcarino | Punset
Wine Description
Juicy, fresh, bursting with good vibes... this organic Barbera d’Alba is a total weeknight hero. It’s ruby red in the glass with a nose full of bright red berries, rose petals, and the tiniest whisper of cocoa. On the palate it’s all about crunch - red fruits and blood orange zest. There’s no oak here, instead going into concrete to enhance the zingy, bright, minerality - plus, when do you ever get to try pure, unadulterated Barbera?! This bottle has your back, no matter what the occasion.
