Wine Description
From a couple who make wine on Mt Etna and in the Adelaide Hills, and who love the complexity and dynamism of blending varietals, this wine is wonderfully balanced. It has a zippy and taut freshness with saline minerality, tempered by a floral lift and a herbal, grassy, resinous roundness.
