Let’s talk about sex, relationships, and pleasure - openly, honestly, and without shame.
Led by renowned sex therapist Christine Rafe, this intimate, interactive workshop is designed to challenge stigmas, shift perspectives, and create space for meaningful reflection. Christine, who runs her practice ‘Good Vibes Clinic’ in Surry Hills, works with both individuals and couples across areas like identity, self-confidence, intimacy, and trauma. Together, we thought - what if we hosted a conversation that allowed us to unpack the beliefs that quietly (or loudly) shape our experiences in these arenas? Can we hold space to listen, reflect, and challenge those ingrained narratives in a safe, judgment-free setting? YES!
Through guided discussions, small-group conversations, and personal reflection, we’ll explore ideas like what defines a healthy relationship? And how do we build one? How do past experiences shape our needs, boundaries, and vulnerabilities? What holds us back from embracing pleasure and how do we change that?
This is a workshop, not a lecture - it’s designed to gently pose questions that encourage new ways of thinking, while also allowing us to listen to each other’s responses, normalising that our struggles, desires, and experiences are more similar than we think. And that? That’s powerful.
You’ll take away a deeper understanding of your relationship patterns - romantic, platonic, and familial, tools for better communication, boundary-setting, and self-reflection, a new perspective on pleasure and self-connection + more. Over three hours, we’ll taste six half-glasses of wine (all made by women, of course) and enjoy a beautifully curated grazing spread.
