- Traditional Sparkling
- Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
- Adelaide Hills, SA
- Jane Bromley + Hylton McLean | Honey Moon Vineyard
Wine Description
A very special Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling made from Pinot Noir with a splash of Adelaide Hills Chardonnay. This wine is composed of multiple vintages – 49% comes from the 2023 vintage and the remaining 51% is made up of precious reserve wines from 2022, 2021, 2012 and 2004! The colour comes from the saignée method, giving it that gorgeous rosé hue. On the nose it's all subtle strawberry, quince, citrus and a salty whip of an ocean sea breeze, whilst the palate bursts with wild raspberry, violet and cherry. It’s dry and complex, with refreshing acidity, a soft mousse and a long, crisp finish. Disgorged by hand, on demand (yes, really), so the wine stays in contact with the lees for as long as possible. A gorgeous pink fizz indeed!

About the Winemaker
- Light White
- Riesling
- Rhine Terrace, GER
- Carolin Spanier-Gillot | Kühling-Gillot
Wine Description
This is your all-day, any-day dry Riesling - fresh, zesty, unassuming. It’s got all the juicy yellow fruit vibes (we’re talking peach, nectarine, ripe apple), a little zip of citrus, and a mouthwateringly subtle saline edge. It comes from five different villages along the Rhine Terrace, hence the name Qvinterra, and it’s made from young vines grown on a mix of red slate, loam, and wind-blown clay. The result? A wine that’s full of minerality, with a light herbal twist and enough acidity to keep things energetic. Fermented naturally and aged in stainless steel to keep all that vibrancy locked in. This is the kind of wine I reach for when I'm looking for something ultra-refreshing and fun.
About the Winemaker
- Light White
- Semillon
- Barossa Valley, SA
- Georgie Lehmann-Matene | Gegika Wines
Wine Description
Semillon, lean and textural… its shirt half-buttoned, a little unruly, a little cool. The nose opens with a curious mix of smouldering wood, ripe quince, sandalwood and zippy spice… Tabasco, crushed capsicum, a stalk of anise curling in the sun. Seven days on skins has drawn out a savoury element and a bone-dry palate that bursts with lemon rind and cracked white pepper… the faintest memory of smoke clinging to the edges. Made by friends, with fruit from Vine Vale in the Barossa, gently de-stemmed and basket pressed, before seeing neutral oak and a soft malo. It’s complex but not showy, with a grip that whispers rather than shouts.
About the Winemaker
- Medium White
- Savagnin
- King Valley, VIC
- Leila + Crystal Davis, Juliette Menneteau | Foreign Friends
Wine Description
Fresh and ready to charm - say hello to Jeanne. Beechworth’s finest, this 2024 Savagnin is a bright and aromatic character with c-c-charisma. A bouquet of white peach, nectarine, dried ginger and gentle florals unfolds in the glass, building complexity as it breathes. On the palate, it’s focused and fresh, with layered texture, citrusy zing, and just enough grip to keep things interesting. These high-country grapes spent a little time cold soaking on skins before fermenting and resting in French barriques over the cooler months - adding depth without heaviness. Think green pear, ginger beer, white apple, a touch of tonic, a pinch of salt. Slippery and succulent... Jeanne is the kind of friend you want at every dinner table.
About the Winemaker
- Grüner Veltliner
- Burgenland, AUT
- Stephanie + Eduard Tscheppe | Gut Oggau
Wine Description
Theodora is wild, charming, and rebellious as ever. A spirited white from natural wine legends Gut Oggau, this hazy, spritzy blend of Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling walks the line between vibrant and funky. Expect the unexpected: whiffs of kombucha and farmhouse ale on the nose, with citrus pith, blossom, dried flowers and a breezy barnyard edge in the mix. On the palate, she’s all lively acidity and playful texture - think stone fruit, lemon zest and a touch of yeast, brought together with zero sulphur and 100% attitude. Theodora is made from 35-year-old vines, fermented in large old barrels, and left unfiltered, unrefined, and untouched by additives. It’s Gut Oggau’s signature: raw expression, biodynamic soul, and character in every sip. Theodora is the life of the party (any party, we reckon!).

This one’s a beauty. The 2024 Pinot from ChaLou is classic cool-climate Orange - light to medium in body, but packing flavour. Juicy red cherries, dried thyme, and a little pomegranate on the nose, while the palate exudes ripe red fruits and spice, framed by those savoury, earthy tannins typical of Pinot.
