See Saw
Since joining See Saw in 2021, Monica Gray has led the winemaking team with a gentle but confident touch. With a Bachelor of Wine Science from Charles Sturt University and experience across regions including Orange, Mudgee, Canberra, and international vintages in Germany and France, Monica brings both technical knowledge and creativity. She’s a regular on wine show judging panels and a proud advocate for the Orange region. And while Chardonnay may be her favourite to make and drink, wines like Marge show her energetic and playful side.
Owned by Brendan and Pip Jarrett, See Saw Wines is a certified organic vineyard and winery based in the high-altitude, cool climate region of Orange, NSW. With over 170 hectares under vine across three distinct sites, the Jarretts have spent more than two decades honing a deeply sustainable approach to viticulture. From composting grape marc on-site and recycling trellis wire, to grazing sheep between the vines and powering their operations with solar energy, the entire See Saw ecosystem is built on balance, a literal see saw, between innovation and tradition, care and craft - and you best believe that every wine is a reflection of this commitment.
