Dominique Gruhier and Tom Crusher are the two friends behind Crusher, carving out a fresh space for natural wine in Queensland. The two friends are thoughtful producers, experimental and refreshingly grounded, dedicated to making expressive wines that reflect place, season, and a generally very good time. Crafted in small batches and made to be shared.

Founded in 2022, Tom and Dominique make lo-fi, thoughtful wines in Brisbane (Meanjin) using 100% Queensland-grown fruit. What started with borrowed gear and Granite Belt grapes has evolved into one of the most exciting new wine projects in the country. Their motto is “Unusual wines from unusual places" and it really does feel like that... with every wine handpicked, handmade, and shaped by their DIY ethos and respect for the communities and growers they work with along the way.
