Les Vignerons d'Estezargues is one of the few exceptions to the rule of large-scale French cave co-ops, nearly all of their growers are certified organic, and the group eschews additives of any kind save for the occassional sulfur at bottling, vintage depending. Add to this the fact that the co-op emphasizes terroir over regional blending, and we're sold!
