- Non-Traditional Sparkling
- Chenin Blanc
- Margaret River, WA
- Josephine Perry | Dormilona
Wine Description
Everything that Jo Perry touches turns to gold, and this buttery, briochey, lemon sherbety fizzy brilliance, is no exception! It’s like pastry and creamy minerality on the nose, with that signature Margie River salty kick on the palate. Add a touch of honey, lime and fenugreek, she’s killer!
About the Winemaker
- Non-Traditional Sparkling
- Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz
- Great Southern, WA
- Yoko Luscher-Mostert + Andries Mostert | Brave New Wine
Wine Description
A wonderfully joyous ride through aromas of cherry, wild strawberries, green capsicum and smoky ash, through to a palate with rhubarb, guava, passionfruit, sherbet, stalky green-ness & blueberry jam. It’s luscious, tart, fruity & herbaceous all at once! Fun! Fun! Fun! Jump on the rollercoaster?

Wine Description
About the Winemaker
- Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Savagnin
- McLaren Vale, SA
- Alicia Basa + Mark Warner | Borachio
Wine Description
A rolling blend of Borachio’s 2022 white ferments, pulled together into one very loose, very drinkable snapshot of the year. Fruit comes from across the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu, with a mix of skin contact, carbonic ferments and direct press keeping things wild and tonic-like. Brisk with a bitter–herbal edge, there's loads of freshness and grip. Unpolished and moderately chaotic, excellent times guaranteed!
About the Winemaker
- Rosé
- Pinot Noir, Malbec, Merlot and Shiraz
- Orange, NSW
- Rebecca Milne + Aaron Onegin-Ward | Grape Pirates
Wine Description
This pink is not your average...IT’S SO MUCH BETTER! Think super creamy and generous thanks to Malo, like full-fat yoghurt, with red fruits, rose, watermelon, and stewed rhubarb. There’s an alluring freshness that captures some oyster-shell, citrus zest and subtle dried herbs. Must try!
About the Winemaker
- Light Red
- Pinot Noir
- Whitlands, VIC
- Janelle De Gabriele + Rhen Dodd | Ephemera
Wine Description
The value in this wine is exceptional! Gentle maceration, hand-plunging and 1 year in neutral oak barrels really comes through in this light red wine. It’s got a compelling tension between red and black-fruits, an edgy dried peppermint and aromatic spice, with an iodine, inky distinction.

- Joy Kull | La Villana
