Wine Description
The 2023 Domaine de la Pinte ‘La Pinte Bien’ Poulsard is a vibrant and expressive red wine, showcasing the best of Jura’s native grape. Made from 35-year-old vines planted in red marl soils, it is fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts before aging for seven months in concrete tanks. Light ruby in colour, it offers tangy red fruits and warm spices, leading to a beautifully balanced palate with fresh acidity. With silky tannins and a bright, fruit-driven character, this chillable red pairs effortlessly with everything from tajines and charcuterie to bbq’s with mates.
