- Chilled Light Red
- Cinsault
- McLaren Vale, SA
- Verity Cowley | Orbis
Wine Description
One of my fave red grapes, it features a big fat berry so the juice to skin ratio is higher & we are gifted this plush, juicy, silken wine. Here, an early pick means it comes in under 10% ABV. No compromise on flavour - wild strawberry jam, burnt sugar, white pepper, cumin & dried oregano!

Wine Description
An exquisite, sophisticated, light to medium-bodied red from Linda this month. She decided to pull back on the whole bunch, focusing on whole berry fermentation instead for a more refined and elegant result. It’s all brooding black fruit & brambles, rhubarb, and shiso, with a silky, velvet finish.

Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. The perfect balance of red & dark fruits, confectionary, savouriness, pepper, orange blossom, light/medium-bodied weight, tart acid, chalky tannins, and add in the touch of chill we give it, this is your ‘welcome to Spring’ red. Suzi & Wayne are BD rockstars too, so...

Wine Description
With a bright and incredibly lifted nose, this lighter of the two reds is supremely elegant and delicate. A heady nose of wild cooked strawberries, rhubarb and fennel, opens up into spicy and fragrant amaro characteristics, with redcurrant, cranberry and cinnamon.
