Crafted on a malt-spirit base (think “baby whisky”), this coffee liqueur layers biscuity malt with freshly roasted Toucan blend beans from Dawn Patrol. Long maceration draws out rich coffee, dark chocolate, citrus and berry notes, all woven with sweet malt and toffee. Deep brown in the glass, it’s smooth, complex, and made for an elevated espresso martini.
