María Jover Sanchéz | Parajes del Valle

María Jover Sánchez is the winemaker at Parajes del Valle winery in Jumilla (Murcia). She holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering specializing in Horticulture and Gardening from the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. She also has a degree in Oenology and Viticulture from the same university. María Jover Sánchez has her own philosophy. “I choose to let the fruit speak for itself; my aversion to embellishment is also reflected in my label. The wine speaks for itself.”
