We’re excited to be welcoming Chrissie Smith of Intrepidus Wines for a special Taste with the Winemaker evening. Chrissie Smith is the founder of and principal winemaker at Intrepidus—a small-batch label that celebrates the beauty of the Riverina NSW.

A fearless advocate for sustainable viticulture, Chrissie Smith founded Intrepidus in 2021. Today, she manages two vineyards - most notably a one-acre site in Yass, NSW, planted to Shiraz, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon. She also sources fruit from like-minded growers across Hilltops, Canberra, and Gundagai.

With a hands-on, vineyard-first philosophy, Chrissie's wines really reflect the high altitudes, cool climate and diverse soils of southern NSW.

On the night, you’ll enjoy Chrissie's wines while having the chance to chat table-side with her about her winemaking philosophy and her exciting range. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover one of New South Wales' most engaging and thoughtful young winemakers.
