1. 2017 Zonzo Estate Vintage Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Grown in the folds of the Yarra Valley, this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir leans charmingly elegant. Chardonnay brings the line and lift while Pinot Noir lends power. Almond, orange citrus, green apple, chalk, a brush of red berry. Three years in bottle have added depth without dulling its brightness. Made méthode traditionnelle, and recently awarded Best Sparkling at the 2024 Victorian Wine Show. Very. Good!
2. 2022 La Kooki Right Side of Racy Chardonnay

Sourced from Gingin clone Chardonnay in Wallcliffe and Karridale, this beautiful Chardonnay is whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in fine French oak. The profile is savoury… detailed even, marked by the subtle presence of stone fruit, citrus, and baked apple... the influence of coastal stones and lees stirring adds mineral depth and makes for a wonderfully creamy mid-palate. Racy, rich, structured, full of energy.
3. 2024 Ghost Rock Pinot Noir

The 2024 Ghost Rock Pinot Noir shows just how expressive Tasmania’s north coast can be - even in a warm year. Ripe red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry lead, backed by subtle tannins and layers of spice. Sourced from Ghost Rock’s La Filles, Oulton, and Bonadale blocks (the same sites behind their single-vineyard wines), this vintage blends eight clones of Pinot Noir from Australia, California, Dijon, and New Zealand. A true coastal Tasmanian Pinot.
