2022 Sinapius Pinot Noir

Linda Morice co-founded Sinapius vineyard with her late husband Vaughn Dell, in Tasmania’s Pipers Brook region, in 2005. They transformed the two-hectare vineyard into a beacon of minimal intervention viticulture.

Linda and Vaughn believed that the vineyard is the crucible of quality, demanding meticulous care and no shortcuts. Sadly, Vaughn passed away unexpectedly in 2020. Linda continues to carry on their shared vision, crafting wines that express the unique character of their vineyard’s terroir. She follows biodynamic principles and focuses on producing small-batch wines with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
